The doors of the new Seventh.Ink store are now open! This new store is the very first to utilize a brand new shopping cart system called LemonStand, and I’m proud to invite you to be one of the first to enjoy all of the new features this system has to offer.
Clean New Interface
One of the things I strove for when designing the new Seventh.Ink site was a clean and simple interface and navigation system. The main navigation consists of the Top-Level pages, while the sub navigation consists of the Categories and the User Area.
Tasty Product Images
You might notice a new consistency in the product images on the site, they all have black backgrounds. I put extra time into making sure the product photos on the new site really focused on the shirt or accessory that is for sale so that the user has a clearer picture of what to expect when ordering.
Better Overall Shopping Cart
This attribute of the site is mostly thanks to the wonderful LemonStand, developed by LimeWheel Creative. I was lucky enough to get invited to be an alpha tester on LemonStand, and that gave me the head start and motivation I needed to push the new Seventh.Ink site to open its doors as soon as possible.
I didn’t think I’d open the first LemonStand site, but it looks like all of my hard work paid off. The guys over at LemonStand are really terrific, and I couldn’t ask for a better product. Kudos to them for fantastic job on LemonStand, and I wish them all the best.
Feedback From You
I’d love to hear what you think of the new site! To do this, I set up a Feedback Form so you can share your thoughts on how the new store looks and operates.
Around The Bend
Now that the new Seventh.Ink site has (finally) launched, I’m excited to get back to what it is that makes Seventh.Ink a company: shirts! I’m looking forward to launching some tasty new designs this spring, but in the meantime you can check out the site or visit the Sale page to grab shirts as low as $10.
