Behind the Scenes: Leather Card Wallets

I love seeing how things are made, like watching behind the scenes features about movies that have lots of special effects and set decoration. I know that other people like to see this sort of thing as well, so I’m proud to share these photos that were taken during the making of the new Leather Card Wallets that I just unveiled yesterday. There are a few near the end that also show bits of the Leather Wrist Cuffs being made.

Both of these items are professionally made by the very talented Seth Daniels of Imperial Wolf Leather with raw vegetable tanned leather that has been stained black and sewn with custom blue stitching. Only a handful of these items were made, so don’t wait too long if you’re interested in either one.

Summer 2011 Part 2

I’m happy to announce that the second set of Summer 2011 items are now available! This mini release features a new design, Into the Gallows, which is available on a royal blue shirt and a black tank top.

The inspiration for this design comes from the Gulf of Mexico, which is only a few miles from where I live. The shirt’s phrase, “Promises unkept sink into the gallows”, stems from a personal belief that you should always be yourself and not hide behind false promises and pretenses.

I’m also releasing Vinyl Logo Car Decals in 6″ and 12″ sizes for those of you who want to rock out with a little Seventh.Ink on your vehicle, amp, guitar case, or whatever. These decals are weather resistant for up to five years and are very easy to install.

For Honor and Glory Hats Now Available!

If you’ve been following lately you may have seen the previews for these new military hats and beanies that I’ve been working hard to get produced. Well, today is the day that they’re finally available in the Seventh.Ink online store and I’m very pumped about it!

The idea for a skull and wings design was inspired by classic tombstones, the kind you would find if you visited a cemetery in New England. Here’s an example image:

These designs were meant to show that life on earth was just one part of our journey and that after death you continue with your ascent into heaven. Pretty cool stuff, and they’re fun to look at as well.

These hats are available in limited numbers for this initial release and are embroidered Econscious 100% organic cotton products. There are two styles available: the military hat and the beanie. The military hat also has an option to be distressed if you like your hats to look a bit rugged.
